Terms & Condition
The Terms & Conditions in the invoice are:
- We do not have a refund policy under any circumstances.
- Only in case of an issue or manufacturing defect, the product will be exchanged with a fresh piece of the same design or any other product chosen by the customer.
- Products will be inspected and verified before exchange. Only unused products are eligible for exchange.
- The maximum time limit for exchange is 1 month from the date of purchase. Products that do not meet the exchange conditions will not be exchanged.
